It has been a while we haven’t seen a launch from the house of Google in the smartphone industry but now Google is all set to launch the all-new Pixel 4a on 3rd August. The handset has a confirmed launch date this time. Earlier it was expected to launch around 13 July however Google didn’t give away any information about it. Most probably the launch date got delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. But this time we might have a final launch date. This is good news for those consumers eagerly waiting patiently for Google’s next mid-range phone.

We’ve seen various leaks and presumptions about the new Pixel 4a as of now.
Google pixel 4A is expected to feature a 5.81 -inch, 2340×1080 display. A punch hole at the top right corner of the front. It is expected to run on a Snapdragon 730 Soc with Adreno 618 GPU. It will be available in 6GB RAM with 64GB and 128GB of internal storage options.
As of now, the phone is coming with Android 10. But should get the Android 11 update as soon as Google releases it.
The handset is coming with a battery of 3,018 mAh and 18 W fast charging.
At the back of the phone, there will be a fingerprint scanner and a single 12-megapixel camera. But considering how well Google’s camera software is the performance is going to be great and the experience will be amazing as usual with Google smartphones. The recent presumptions have surprised us with the fact that the new Google Pixel 4a will support 5G connectivity which means a more powerful phone than we all expected.

As far as the price goes, the 64GB variant is expected to be priced at $ 299 which is approximately Rs 22,500, and the 128 GB variant is expected to be priced at $349 which is Rs 27,000 approximately. The prices might differ, that we will get to know when the phone gets launched in India.
